So much focus and stress around what the goals of the training company itself made it feel a little less genuine. I mean - I get it - everyone has to be paid. Just would be nice to have it streamlined and not impact class."

"Make it one more day or half a day longer and spend more time in depth for "understanding" concepts (maybe have folks input what they are struggling with (areas) and cover those a little more in depth before the quiz overview in the AM) instead of "this is the term you must know for the test" - but this is a cert prep course which it did 100% good for getting someone ready to take the test."
